  I've used this pharmacy for years and for a long time it was fine. But the last 4 or 5 times I've used them to pick up a prescription there has been an issue every time. Each time it is something different- the pharmacist is caught in traffic and there will be a 20-30 minute wait, despite calling ahead to check my prescription was ready to collect when I arrived it wasn't actually ready (10 minute wait), I used the app to order my repeat prescription and when I went to collect it a week and a half later there was no record of the request (despite the phone app clearly stating that I ordered it)- so I ordered the repeat in person on this day and was told it would be ready in 3 days, went to collect in 4 days later and they STILL didn't have it. I've had enough and plan on switching pharmacies.

  A delightful member of staff held the door open for me as I had my Grandaughter with me in a pushchair. The door is heavy to open but it was nice to be helped and welcomed into the pharmacy from a very thoughtful member of staff. I don't know her name unfortunately. It was a freezing day in December and she made all the difference with the service she provided. Thank you
